This is a combination of the MIDA control area and the project areas. The overall outside boundary is considered the Control Area. Inside that control area, there are project areas that are created when a property owner decides to be part of MIDA. The project areas follow parcels. Each of the project areas have a base year. This year determines the base value of the parcel when it becomes part of MIDA.<\/SPAN><\/P>
