They are the phase one and phase two districts. When a parcel is created in a MIDA district it is assigned a tax district. When a certificate of occupancy is recorded, it moves to its partner tax district. The taxes are the same it is just noting when the timer starts. At some point there could be a third district created for those parcels that hit the year when they are moved out of MIDA and given back to the county. </SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Partner Districts are: 29 & 38, 31 & 40, 25 & 33, 12 & 23.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
